Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If MidClick Pro doesn't work for you, we'll refund your purchase — no questions asked.

14-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase for any reason. We'll process the refund within 3 business days, and the funds should appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

How to request a refund

Option 1: Through the Creem customer portal (recommended)

  1. Open the refund request email from Creem (sent immediately after purchase) and click the "Manage subscription" link.
  2. Sign in with the email address you used at checkout.
  3. Find your MidClick Pro purchase and click "Request refund".
  4. Provide an optional reason (helps us improve) and submit.

Option 2: By email

Send us your license key and the email address used at checkout tobaishuang81@gmail.com. We'll process the refund manually within 3 business days.

What happens after a refund

  • Your license is automatically deactivated. MidClick will return to the free tier (300 middle-clicks per day) on next launch.
  • Your local license data is preserved so that if you change your mind, you can reactivate within the original 14-day window.
  • Cloud-side license records are marked as refunded. You cannot reactivate the same license key after 14 days from purchase.

What if I missed the 14-day window?

If you experience a critical issue (app doesn't launch, license doesn't activate, etc.) after the 14-day window, contact us anyway. We handle these cases case-by-case and will refund if we determine the issue is on our end.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first, we may disable your license without further notice. We're always happy to issue a refund directly — please reach out before contacting your bank.

Refunds for EU & UK customers

In addition to our voluntary 14-day guarantee, EU and UK consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (14 days from delivery of digital content). However, by downloading the software, you may waive this right if you choose to begin using it before the withdrawal period expires.
